This interactive 2-hour multi-media presentation explores the images, lyrics and messages of homophobia as found in hip-hop past and present. It also exposes the audience to homo-hop as LGBT artists struggle to find their place in today’s hip-hop. This interactive presentation engages the participants, encouraging them to share their attitudes and opinions in a safe environment.

This critically acclaimed one man show features two brothers who took very different paths in their lives yet are still connected on so many levels. Internalized racism, sexism and homophobia in the black community are all addressed here. Tomasian Ent! releases Sing OUT LOUD

Music, an imprint of Tomasian Ent!, an internet based entertainment company located on the web at http://www.tomasianent.com/, announces the release of Sing OUTLOUD, the long awaited first installment in Tomasian Ent!’s, te! OUTLOUD Series. Tomasian Ent!’s te’s OUTLOUD Series highlights music by LGBT and LGBT friendly artists of various different genres.
The first of 5 installments, Sing OUTLOUD focuses on music by the singer/songwriter. This diverse collection features artists of various musical genres including jazz, rock, pop, folk, funk, country, latin, adult contemporary and worldbeat. Artists come from all over the United States as well as Africa, Canada and Sweden.
All artists selected submitted their music to Tomasian Ent! through SonicBids. SonicBids on the leader in EPK (Electronic Press Kits) and sets the industry standard for artists using EPK’s to promote their music.
The CD itself contains 15 artists and features music from artists such as Debbie Deane, Chica y Los Gatos, Kitty Rose, Chris Holcombe and Patrick Van Aro.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
You send your file to remixes@tomasianent.com via yousendit.com. Our preferred format is OMF with a word/text file containing all tempo panning fade in and fade out times etc plus your contact info. However, if you do not have this then send two wave files. One the original song and two the vocal track and a txt or word file containing all the pertinent track info (time, tempo, etc) plus your contact info. The original song may be an MP3 file but the vocal track MUST be a wave (.wav) file.
Once we receive it, a member of our remix team will review it. Please note we do not accept all projects as we will not take on a project if we feel we can not provide you with a radio/club banging remix.
If the files are in the correct format and all other pertinent info has been included we will send you an email invoice for the deposit which you may pay by any major credit or debit card (Mastercard/VISA/Discover/AMEX). If you prefer to be invoiced by PayPal, please let us know that in your text/info file that you send to us. If there is a problem with one of the files or missing info, we will contact you to rectify the situation.
After we finish your remix, usually 3 days but no more than 5 we will send you a 2 min low fi (128kps snippet) for your approval. If you are not happy we will re-remix your track at no additional cost 1 time for free.
Once we have your approval, we will invoice or PayPal you for the final balance. Once the final balance has been paid, you will receive your files in wave (.wav) format in a zip file via yousendit.com. If you would like your files sent to you on a CD there is an additional charge of $10.00 for the CD.
If you need a performance version of the song and you have chosen the Gold or Platinum Package, a performance version may be provided for an additional charge of $50.00. Or you can get the Multi-Platinum Package or Diamond Package which includes the performance version and an extended remix (great for club and Mix Tape DJ's).

If you book a performance, workshop, or seminar for February or March 2007, you will receive an additional 20% off te! production's already low booking prices. Members of NACA and APCA receive an additional 10% savings, so that’s an automatic savings of 30% off the booking price.
Tomasian Ent! is one of the few entertainment companies that offers all-inclusive flat fee booking. This means that the list price includes travel, accommodations and the booking fee (additional discounts are given in instances where accommodations are provided or not needed. – see website for details).
Let’s say, for example, you book SLaVe for your universities’ Black History Month Celebration. The list price of this performance is $995.00 which includes travel and accommodations.
